Welcome to the Washington Land Title Association<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The Washington Land Title Association (WLTA) is a non-profit Association composed of trade professionals promoting high quality land title evidencing and title insurance services in the State of Washington. We actively promote sound and ethical business practices; provide educational opportunities for our membership<\/span> in all areas of title evidencing and title insurance and facilitate effective communication within our industry.<\/p>\n

2026 PNW Land Title Convention<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

Washington is hosting the 2026 Pacific Northwest Land Title Convention (Washington, Idaho and Oregon) on May 18, 19 and 20, 2026, at Suncadia Resort in the beautiful Cascade Mountains.\u00a0 State meetings will be held Monday followed by a welcome reception and dinner. Business meetings will be Tuesday, with another reception and dinner. Golf will be on Wednesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

WLTA Educational Seminar<\/span><\/strong><\/h1>\n

The 2026 WLTA Education Seminar will be Saturday, October 10, 2026, at the Lynnwood Event Center. Stay tuned for registration information. We look forward to offering this great opportunity to advance knowledge about the title and escrow industry.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Board Meetings<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n

The WLTA Board will meet via Zoom on Thursday, February 19, 2026, and in person on Monday, May 18, 2026, at the Annual Convention at Suncadia Resort.<\/p>\n

NOTES: (1) Mark your calendars. Official invites will be sent prior to meeting dates, usually a month in advance. (2) Note that we are switching from Mondays to Thursdays for non-convention meetings. Thursdays were chosen historically to avoid the busy Monday schedule that can face attendees, but Mondays facilitated travel so Seattle from the Eastern and Southwest Washington, the Peninsula, etc. Now that Zoom meetings are standard, Thursdays will again be the typical meeting day.<\/p>\n
